Please note that on July 21, 2025…

  • The Hestan Cue app will no longer load or function, even if it remains installed on your device.
  • It will be removed from app stores and unavailable for download.
  • All guided recipes and content within the app will be fully discontinued and no longer accessible — even for viewing.
  • You may still access over 150 of precision temperature recipes at https://recipes.hestancue.com/


If you’re using a Cue-compatible cooking solution from GE Appliances such as a GE Profile, Cafe, and Monogram, you can continue enjoying smart cooking features through the GE Appliances SmartHQ™ app and/or in manual mode if the cooktop has the ability to do so.

  • You’ll still have access to precision temperature control.
  • We will continue to honor Cue cookware rebates — click here to redeem or check eligibility. 
  • Select Cue cookware pieces (such as the 3.5qt sauté pan and 5.5qt chef’s pot) will remain available for purchase. Please note: while precision cooking functions will still work, guided cooking will not be available without the Hestan Cue app.

If you own a Hestan Smart Cooking induction cooktop and smart cookware, you can continue enjoying them together in manual mode. Simply turn on the burner and adjust the heat using the power bar directly on the cooktop. The cooktop also remains fully compatible with any induction-ready cookware.
